Local-first state with conflict resolution, so the app stays usable on a bad connection and never double-submits a payment when it recovers.

WCAG-informed practice, VoiceOver and TalkBack support, dynamic type, and store-submission requirements handled — including the financial-services categories that get extra scrutiny.
