These Terms of Use govern your use of Home – OR Tech (the “Site”), operated by Or Technologies Limited (“OR Tech”, “we”, “us”), a company registered in Hong Kong under Business Registration Number 71200124, with its registered office at Unit 1201, 12/F, Tung Wai Commercial Building, 109–111 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

They apply alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

The Site provides information about OR Tech and the services we offer. It is not an offer, and nothing on it creates a contract between us.

Content about software, payments, security or regulation is general information only. It is not professional advice and should not be relied on in place of advice specific to your situation.

OR Tech is a software development company. We are not a bank, a licensed payment institution or a regulated financial intermediary, and we do not hold client funds.

Any work we carry out for a client is governed by a separate written agreement. Where that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement prevails.

We take reasonable care over the content of the Site, but we do not warrant that it is accurate, complete or current. We may change or remove any part of it at any time without notice.

You may view, download and print pages for your own business or personal use.

You must not:

• Use the Site unlawfully or for any harmful purpose

• Copy or republish our content commercially without our written permission

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems, or introduce anything that could damage them

• Use automated means to scrape or extract content from the Site

• Misrepresent your affiliation with OR Tech

Third-party trade marks appearing on the Site belong to their owners, and their appearance does not imply any endorsement or partnership.

The Site may link to other websites. We do not control them and accept no responsibility for their content or practices. You may link to our home page fairly and lawfully, in a way that does not suggest an association that does not exist.

Please do not send confidential or proprietary information through the Site. Anything you send is not treated as confidential unless we have a confidentiality agreement in place with you covering it. If you need to share confidential information, contact us first.
